Culbert's Bakery in Goderich. In 1902, Cantelon sold the bakery to 23-year-old baker David J. Curry. Curry introduced several new breads but made a 'specialty of Pure Home Made Bread" made from hops and malt yeast. The bakery underwent "some wonderful improvements" in 1924 as gasoline-powered machinery replaced the old sifters and blenders.
